We encourage customers to pick up orders directly from our warehouse for maximum cost savings and flexibility. Follow these steps for a smooth pickup process:

Standard Pickup Process:

1️⃣ Confirm Your Order: Share your order details and schedule a pickup time.
2️⃣ Deposit Payment: A 30% deposit is required before scheduling your pickup.
3️⃣ Schedule Pickup Time: Inform us of your planned pickup date in advance.
4️⃣ Receive BOL (Bill of Lading): We’ll provide a BOL before pickup.
5️⃣ Pick Up at Warehouse: Arrive at the designated warehouse with the BOL.
6️⃣ Complete Final Payment: Settle the remaining balance within 5 business days after pickup.

✅ Free Warehouse Assistance: Goods are palletized, and we provide loading assistance.

🔔 Important Reminders for Pickup Clients:

✔ Confirm Pickup Date: Provide 48-hour notice and 24-hour notice for changes.
✔ Bring Your BOL: Required for all pickups.
✔ Proper Truck Required: Ensure your truck is suitable for the product dimensions and warehouse dock access. Additional handling fees may apply if special equipment is needed.
✔ Palletized Goods: Have proper handling tools for smooth loading.
✔ Best Pickup Time: We recommend arriving between 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM to avoid delays.
✔ Third-Party Pickup: If using a transport company, provide us with their BOL and details at least 12 hours in advance.
✔ Final Invoice Issuance: Sent within 2 business days after pickup. Full payment due within 5 business days.
