The Matata Wholesale Inc (seller) will help the buyer to solve the quality problem of the product with the greatest sincerity, even if the breakage of the product is not caused by the seller’s side, but during the transportation of the product, we still value the interests of our long-term partners. We will try our best to solve your problem, not limited to sending you a replacement product in the next order, refunding your money, etc.
Warranty Coverage
• Duration: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Service: Free repair/replacement (parts + labor) at our discretion.
What's Not Covered
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Acts of nature (floods, fires, etc.).
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- 1️⃣ Prepare: Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
- 2️⃣ Document: Photos/video of the issue.
- 3️⃣ Contact: Email support@mmatata.com with subject "Warranty Claim - [Order#]".
- 4️⃣ Ship (if required): Use our prepaid label to send the product.

▸ Warranty applies only to original purchaser.
Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use the seller’s product furnished under the order.
Seller’s maximum responsibility shall not exceed and buyers remedy is limited to either (a) repair or replacement of the defective part or product, or at seller’s option, (b) return of the product and refund of all or a portion of the purchase price. Such remedy shall be the buyer’s entire and exclusive remedy.
Seller will determine what action is necessary and will communicate with the buyer prior to any action being allowed to the buyer. In the cases where another company provides the warranty the buyer shall be provided the appropriate contact information for warranty purposes.
The Matata Wholesale Inc (Seller) reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, in materials, dimensions, specifications, equipment, colors, design or prices.
Warranties shall not apply to any warranted product which was exposed to harsh or acidic cleaning agents or abrasives or environmental factors.
